WHY BUY YOUR FLOORING AT AUCTION?

The AUCTION Process

This auction is subject to our regular auction terms as printed on the reverse of your bid card, and in addition, the following terms also apply to this auction:

 

  1. Payment terms for this auction are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit.  There is a 15% buyer’s premium on all purchases.
  1. All items are sold as they are, without warranty of any kind.  Retail pricing allows for warranty, auction prices do not.
  1. Flooring will be sold by the square foot.  Please know the footage required, not the boxes.  The process will be – high bidder can take as much / as little as they wish.  If there is product left over, we will offer the same at the same price to those that were bidding, then to the audience.  If product remains, and there is no longer interest at that price, the remainder of that lot will be sold on the premise – so much per foot, you MUST take what is left.
  1. There is an open box of flooring on the top of each pallet.  This box counts in the square footage that is calculated.  The last bidder on each lot will accept the open box as part of their square footage.
  1. The checkout process is as follows:  At any time after bidding, pay the cashier IN FULL.  Bring your receipt to the checkout door, where our staff will allocate you a number, and a cart to remove the product with.  It is in strict order, and if you miss the call of your number, you will lose your spot in line, and be required to obtain another number.  You can bring your vehicle around to the loading door AFTER receiving your number, and instruction to pull in for loading.  It is entirely YOUR responsibility for loading your vehicle.  ALL product MUST be removed through use of a cart. – EVEN if you only have ONE box of flooring.
  1. As soon as the product is declared SOLD by the auctioneer, it becomes your responsibility to protect it against loss or damage.  We will monitor all product leaving the building, however the security of the product is ultimately your responsibility.

Be ready to be impressed and amazed! All of the flooring at our auctions is first quality, select or better.

Hardwood is prefinished, and is up to 3/4" thick, and up to 5" wide. Species range from oaks and maples, to bamboo, cherry, kempas and other exotics..

Laminates range from 8mm to 12mm thick, and often are green core, textured and micro beveled. Top quality, expensive flooring in the retail market.

Engineered Flooring is REAL HARDWOOD flooring designed for installation in ANY application. It is manufactured with 1/8" of hardwood applied to a subfloor, allowing a floating floor to be installed directly on concrete if desired. A nice flooring application!

The auction will start right on time, and will only last for about one hour! Be sure to be on time! You can remove the product practically immediately following your winning bid.

You can expect that flooring will sell for anywhere from 50 - 75% of retail, allowing massive savings to be had! Imagine saving $1.50 per square foot, and purchasing 800 square feet - That's a SAVINGS of $1,200.00 !!

All product MUST be removed from the auction location on the auction day.
