STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE
The property listed
in any Auction Sale
will be sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

The Auctioneers, staff
and other persons have endeavored to describe correctly, the property to be
sold, but do not guarantee & shall not be held responsible for the
correctness of description or the authenticity or condition of the same. No
statement contained in any catalogue or made orally by any person, at the
sale or elsewhere, shall be deemed to be such warranty or assumption of
liability.

The highest bidder shall
be the buyer. If any dispute arises, the auctioneer shall have sole
discretion to settle it and to immediately put any disputed lot up for
auction again, if HE so desires. Auctioneers and staff act as agents only
and have the right to refuse any bidding, to divide any lot, to combine any
two or more lots, and to withdraw any lot(s) from the sale without giving
notice or reason.

The buyer and seller
alike shall accept the computerized records of the auction clerk.

All lots are sold as
they are, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description.
Neither the auctioneers, staff nor other persons
are responsible for errors of description or for genuineness or authenticity
of any lot, or for any fault or defect in it. The Auctioneers, staff or
other persons give whatsoever no warranty to any buyer in respect to any
lot.

The Auctioneers, staff
and other persons shall not be held responsible in any matter connected with
absentee or telephone, or Internet bids. Such bids will be accepted only at
the buyer’s risk.

All lots shall be paid
for in full by the close of the auction, and removed from the auction
premises at the buyer’s risk and expense, not later than the Monday
following the auction. In default of which, Auctioneers, staff or other
persons shall not be responsible if the same are lost, stolen, damaged or
destroyed and any lots not taken away shall be at the sole risk of the buyer
and subject to a charge for warehousing of $5.00 per item per day. No
purchase shall be claimed or removed without a sales receipt. If at the end
of seven days following the auction, lots are not removed from the premises,
said lots may be sold immediately either publicly or privately, without
notice given to the buyer.

In the event of any
failure of the buyer to comply with any of the above Conditions, the damages
recoverable from the defaulter shall include any loss arising on any resale
of the lot, together with the charges and expenses in respect of both sales,
and any money deposited in partial payment shall be held by the Auctioneers
on account of any liability of the defaulter to them.
REGISTRATION
Registration for this
auction requires a valid driver’s license. Please have this available for
swiping upon arriving. Please register early to avoid long line ups and
delays.
ABSENTEE BIDDING
If you are unable to
attend the auction, please ask the clerk about absentee bidding procedures.
Absentee bids may be left with the clerk at anytime before or during the
auction. A blank cheque or credit card is required
for payment.
PAYMENTS
Terms at this auction
are CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX & INTERAC. You may
pay for your items at any time during the sale. Sales are processed instantly
